Fantastic conference that brought us together with a diverse selection of key industry players and innovators in the digital identity arena, and connecting us with a broad range of government departments and agencies. The day featured some excellent key notes and panels, and stimulated some valuable conversations and connections. A big success.

It was a great conference, I particularly liked the fact that you tried to connect government and private sector around the issues of digital identity. Please more of the same for next instalments!       I also liked the demo stands from sponsors, more of that as well please.

Verify User Researcher – Government Digital Service

The conference was very insightful and had the right mix of people presenting.  I learned a lot from the various presentations.

Identity Policy Manager – Home Office

Thank you for the conference I found it very informative and it gave me a better understanding of how this space is changing and how other organisations are approaching this issue and some of the new idea’s being explored.

Very good, the mix of speakers helped with variables in the subject matter, whilst not all speakers related to my sector, I still found it interesting as there is some common ground.

I enjoyed the structure of the sessions mixed with the panel sessions in between, this helped break up the day and worked really well. The bonus of having Colin Brown with his BBC presentation really helped lift the day even though the subject was a heavy topic.

Great venue, it was a pleasant experience with such a wonderful atmosphere and historical architecture thrown in! Excellent and looking forward to the next one.

Customer Insight & Information Manager – Hackney Borough Council

I really enjoyed the range of topics covered, great venue and itinerary! No complaints at all!

Identity Steering Group Chair – DVLA

I think the conference was great and felt really well organised. I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I think it really opened a better conversation which, we just need to carry on in June.

Deputy Director Identity & Trust Service – DWP

I thought it was an excellent conference, and this is something I wouldn’t say lightly. The sessions were very good, and I liked the balance between business and technology. I liked that there were a relatively small number of suppliers, but those that did exhibit were very relevant to the topics being discussed.

Head of Product – Companies House

I’ve attended the last two Think Digital Identity for Government conferences and found them very insightful and helpful.

Enterprise Architect – Post Office

It was interesting being a local government digital lead and to hear what’s happening nationally and within various government departments. We are under extreme pressure to solve the digital identity issue due to the amount of interactions we have with citizens which are increasingly online and involve the creation of a number of customer accounts and individual logins. I think we were hoping for a national steer – the Scots seem to have moved it forward however it was not to be and we are left with solving this problem on our own.

I thought the BBC presentation was great. Also, hearing about the situation in DWP was useful as was the panel with Cross Government panel. The OIX presentation was also interesting. Overall, it was an informative, engaging event and from a local government perspective and very useful.

Business Transformation Lead – Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council

It was a great conference. What would be interesting for a future event would be some examples where government service customers had difficulty in establishing identity online and how these issues were resolved.
